Our Mission

We work collaboratively with communities of teachers and leaders from early years to post-16, to empower and support those teaching mathematics, underpinned with a shared belief in success for all. We aim to build confidence and a depth of subject knowledge amongst teachers, to support the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive mathematics education. 

Our Strategic Objectives

1. To recruit, develop and retain high quality LLME, whilst fostering good relationships with their schools 

2. To maintain and strengthen the partnerships that the Central Maths Hub hold, whilst ensuring equitable access to high-quality CPD across the region. 

3. To embed a culture of effective evaluation and continuous improvement, ensuring consistency in professional development, fostering peer-to-peer learning, and sustaining the long-term impact of the Maths Hub across the region.

4. To enhance the visibility, accessibility, and impact of the Maths Hub through clear, targeted communication, strategic engagement, and strong brand development.
