Over 2,500 colleagues have chosen to train with us to enhance their Mathematics subject knowledge. We are now extending this offer to provide an online self-paced programme to support all teachers who wish to up-skill, develop and refresh their Secondary Mathematics subject knowledge - at a pace to suit the individual over the next 12 months. Audience
Any teacher who holds a UK Teacher Reference Number (TRN), QTS and is:
- choosing to refresh mathematical subject knowledge to teach (or learn to teach) Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4 Maths up to, and including, some higher tier GCSE content;
- returning after a career break, to refresh and update mathematics subject knowledge and pedagogical practice;
- new to teaching Mathematics, to build confidence to teach Secondary Mathematics
- looking to offer Secondary Mathematics in addition to their current subject (i.e. teachers of PE, Geography, Science or any other subject that is not Mathematics).
